A baked chocolate pudding with chocolate sauce.
Use 3/4 cup muffin tins or ramekin pots for this recipe.
For cooking gluten-free - ensure all ingredients are suitable. Dutch cocoa is usually gluten-free

This is not a true fudge but is so ridiculously easy to make that I had to post it! It also tastes wonderful if you like rich, sweet treats! After making Sam#3's Recipe#305332, I liked it so much that I had to try different variations on the recipe, and this is one that I really like! (Posted with permission). My friend, Phyllis, bakes for her co-workers at the courthouse weekly. She is a wonderful cook and loves to share her wares. This recipe is a courthouse favorite. Phyllis bakes them in the mini muffin pans. Note: They must be baked in the paper cups to prevent sticking. -- posted by

Some people like to cheat and eat the warm cookies and cakes. Don't do that with this one, it needs to cool, but once it does....
Trust me, this will be thee best spelt cake you've ever had. It's so spongy, moist, and decadent.
